Jo Newell is the Founder and CEO of Monday Strategies and a Certified Professional Coach. As an experienced business executive and entrepreneur, she is a passionate advocate for professional development and personal growth.

Jo brings over 15 years of experience across corporate management, nonprofit advocacy, and regional leadership. From growing businesses to leading community-wide initiatives, she is known for guiding organizations through transformation, helping them rebuild, strengthening teams, and moving forward with clarity and intention.
Jo has been honored as Onyx Magazine's Woman on the Move, recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and named Woman of the Year by Orlando Magazine. She is the recipient of the BECC Vanguard Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, recognizing her leadership, vision, and impact as an entrepreneur. She remains an active leader in her community, having served on multiple nonprofit boards, including United Arts of Central Florida, Tech Sassy Girlz, J4 Leaders, Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, and WholeLife Church.
